FAQs

For Events:
Do you already have sponsors lined up?
Not yet. We work with events first to get a group of 6 before reaching out to potential patrons. It's an easier sell as a package.

Do I have any say over who the sponsors are?
Since there are a bunch of events together in this, you can't spoil it for everyone. That doesn't mean that by agreeing to be a part of Fair Play that you have to go with any sponsor we choose though. You can back out of that particular group if you like and we can work to address any issues you have. Chances are though, if you have a problem with a company, so do we.

What is the on-site presence of the video crew?
It will most likely just be one person on site to shoot. They'll be roaming around and capturing b-roll and interviews.

Do we have any creative control over the final videos?
We love to share our rough cuts with you to get any suggestions or feedback you may have.

For Patrons:
Why should we become a patron?
Because you care about diversity and supporting the events that are making it happen. This isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a giant ROI with millions of views, probably best to look elsewhere. But, if you care about spreading the message of these events, you're a great fit.

Do we get any perks at the events for being a patron?
Unfortunately not. The way we've set up our relationship with the events means that we're only involved in finding patrons for the video and that's it.
